Visualization - A house for the Small Land Plot Video Clips. Duration : 2.07 Mins.
A House for the Small Land Plot. More: houses.gvbirojs.lv The design of the house is elaborated for the small land plot; the building size on the ground is just 10x8.6 meters. Therefore the layout of the house is untraditional, but fully functional. The small hall, sanitary room and integrated living room, kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are located three children rooms, wardrobe and bathroom, but the master bedroom and big bathroom with glazed partitions on the second floor (mansard). Garage and boiler room are located in the separate building where is a place for sauna and auxiliary room, too. A building`s architecture is done in an ascetic, urban style, because there are not small grounds in the countryside...
