FOX Architects Revit Walkthrough and Project Photography for David All Group Tube. Duration : 1.80 Mins.

The entire David All Group space is open and fluid to reflect the organization's interactive, grass-roots nature. The design defies normal paradigms, allowing for a more creative design concept, while maintaining flexibility and functionality. David and the design team worked together in a collaborative manner to develop a space where his team could work smarter and more efficiently without compromising style. Under this approach, the team created three independent design concepts that, when united, created a cohesive and stylish 6000 square foot space. A unique section of the small space, called the 'Interactive Gateway', was created by the design team to delineate the reception area from the rest of the office. Within the gateway, a conversation pit with a lounge sofa and touchdown stations provide employees with breakout and meeting space. A 'Saarinen-inspired' curved element frames the view from the interactive gateway into the 'Media Lab', the newsroom-inspired workspace. The use of benching provides a small, flexible and open workstation environment with no walls to foster high-level team communication. The workplace solutions in the 'Media Lab' fit the client's budget and allow for future expansion. 'Public Zones' such as the reception area, state-of-the-art conference room and retro-styled kitchen fill the areas in between the 'Interactive Gateway' and 'Media Lab' and provide functional spaces that foster spontaneous interaction.
