Hylozoic Ground is architecture, art installation, engineering, science fiction, and sheer wonder. It's transforming the way we think about buildings - and the way buildings "think" or respond to us. An installation led by University of Waterloo architecture professor Philip Beesley, with collaborators including Rob Gorbet, an engineer and professor at Waterloo's Centre for Knowledge Integration (www.ki.uwaterloo.ca it has travelled all over the world, including being Canada's official entry to the 2010 Venice Biennale, the most prestigious and important architecture event in the world. www.hylozoicground.com
